Help protect our cows

Goloka Farm’s GoFundMe raises $200,000 for Phase 1: more covered space for the herd, a stronger barn, new fencing and a better farm road.

Extend the cow barn

Add about 25 × 60 feet to the existing barn: roughly 1,500 square feet of new covered space. The first milestone is to have the extension roofed by January, depending on engineering, permits, contractors, weather and funding.

Reinforce the barn

Priority reinforcement and interior improvements to the barn that shelters the herd every day.

More secure space

About 100 feet of new fencing, extending roughly 20 feet out from the current fence line.

Fix the farm road

A 2–4 inch rock base, ⅝-inch gravel and stabilization mats, estimated at about $25,000. The road carries feed deliveries, animal care, volunteers and emergency access.

The $200,000 also covers drainage and weather protection, plus engineering, permits and related costs. Contractor estimates are still coming in, and the fundraiser will be updated with detailed costs.

Organized by Goloka Farm – Vedic Cultural Center, Redmond. The beneficiary is the International Society for Krishna Consciousness of WA.
